CHIA becomes an affiliate member of ARF

At 16:39 (Beijing Time) on the 25th of January, 2016, Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges, chairman of Asian Racing Federation (ARF) announced that China Horse Industry Association (CHIA) became an affiliate member of ARF.

This is a big step, if not a giant leap, for horse industry and horseracing in China.
